Dan is the man!!!! My daughter and I were locked out of our room as our key fab was not working. Went to the front office to get another one and that’s when we meet Dan. He was so kind and funny. To our surprise it took three trips to the office, as none of them worked. Frustrated and tired Dan worked overtime to figure out a way to open up our door and saved the day! These two tired and hungry girls were so grateful. He is a superb employee and beautiful human and we’re grateful we had the pleasure to meet him! Thank you Dan from the bottom of our hearts! I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the many negative reviews on here. I also rarely write reviews unless it’s to speak up for the business. Everything other people complained about was good on our end. Three large towels were available when we got into the room. No signs of flood damage or bugs. Beds were comfortable and my husband and I got 4 pillows each. There was a desk with a sleek desk lamp, a lounge chair, a bench for your suitcase, and the coffee machine came on its own sliding tray that was super cute. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bananas, apples, two kids of muffins, cereals, yogurt, all kinds of breads, waffles, and more coffee. They let you take the food into the room that has a microwave and fridge. Housekeeping was ongoing and not something you have to request and wait around for. Overall nothing to complain about given our budget and star rating. We would definitely book again.

Pleasantly surprised! This property has been recently renovated and is in great shape. Comfy bedding, nice pillows, and beautiful tile floors (they said upstairs rooms have carpet but we loved the tile). Super clean! Couple nit-picks that don't detract from 5 star rating: --tubs need to be replaced/refinished again --round toilet sits really low and should be replaced with a compact oval Breakfast is about what we expected. Scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and a waffle station. REALLY good coffee bar!!! Bottom line - much more than the price reflects. Don't pass this up as an option

Graveyard employee had great customer service. Danny was very accommodating. We had a waterline break in our house and our main water was shut off. He was very easy to check in good Customer Service very helpful.. definitely will stay here again.

Decent place for the price. A lil out dated and the area is a drive from the city. It’s laid back and very good costumer service. Free breakfast to get you started was convenient and the pool was nice. Appreciate the fact they cleaned my room but didn’t mess with my stuff. Would recommend if on a budget.

I came to town to do a motorcycle safety course and booked the room last minute. I had my dog with me as well. The room was perfect for me and my pet. Simple, clean, private with plenty of clean pet areas. The location was great. safe, nice and easy access to where i needed to and plenty of amenities around the area. But the hotel is set back off the road a bit making it feel safe. The staff was top notch! friendly, offering restaurant options for my later arrival, attending to my questions in a courteous manner. Above and beyond care and service as I left my camera in my room when i departed. I called a few weeks later and they had it stored in a safe. Felix, the manager was able to locate it for me and verify it was mine. He then was able to ship it to my home in Colorado! I am so grateful for this little gem and will definitely stay here next time in town.

Very Clean updated rooms, nice Pool, quiet, laundry service, desk open all night, very friendly staff, worked out perfectly

5 Stars I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cassandra, Yvette, and Erica at this Best Western location. They truly went above and beyond for my family during a very difficult time. My dad was receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, and we needed a place nearby for my parents to stay. The staff made sure everything was taken care of and helped make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion truly stood out. On behalf of Jose and Evangelina Romero, thank you, Best Western, for having such wonderful people on your team.
